In this project we preserved the two original front rooms built around 1915, then demolished the back to allow for a new two story extension with a bunch of feature.
-Exposed aggregate polished concrete floors with in floor hydronic heating.
-Balcony unpairs with a trafficable skylight
-Solar and battery back up system
-Custom inbuilt home theater system with 11 speaker sound system
-Secret under stair storage
-Brushed copper fittings and fixtures
