Comprehensive Project Costing

We charge a $2,000 fee for our comprehensive project costings and quotations, which is fully refunded when you proceed with us.

Producing an accurate quotation for a complex renovation or extension requires significant time reviewing plans, assessing site conditions, consulting trades and suppliers, identifying potential risks, and exploring opportunities to improve value.

This process allows us to provide meaningful advice before construction begins and often identifies savings and efficiencies that exceed the cost of the quotation itself. Our goal is to ensure you have the information needed to make confident decisions and achieve the best possible outcome for your project.
