Fitzroy North Project
This project involved a demolition of the existing rear behind the two existing front bedrooms. Then we re-built the back as a new as an open plan, light filled spacious new area.
We removed unnecessary steps and light blocking walls that closed you in.
The back yard seemlessly blends with the new living/ kitchen, while the timber windows complement the reclaimed tas oak flooring.
The new modern kitchen features stone benchtops, tiled splashback to ceiling, and ample storage. The new bathroom/laundry is very spacious and kight filed with a double glazed door leading the light court.
This was definitely a well designed build to maximise the space of a tight block, single froted dwelling in Fitzroy North
