In this project we are expanding the living and kitchen area to the eave line to allow for more free moving space, we also added in a butlers pantry with a European laundry worked in to it.
We then added in a new spotted gum deck, a large amount of bluestone paving and a new outdoor area with a open fireplace and pergola cladded with Silvertop ash
